Welcome fellow Confectionery Artists!

The Confectionary Artists Guild of Orlando (CAGO) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the sugar arts.

Our mission is to promote confectionery arts as both a profession and as an art form. Our goal is to improve the skills of cake decorators, sugar artists, chocolatiers, and other members of the culinary field by encouraging them to share their talents, ideas, recipes, and creativity in order to promote the growth and popularity of the confectionery arts and its members.

Our Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7p.m.
The location is Advantage Vans, 7276 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL

Please note our meeting dates may change to accommodate a future demonstrator or teacher's schedule. If you are not a regular attendee, please call to confirm the meeting date and time or go to the EVENTS page to see when our next meeting will be.

Annual Dues are $24.00.

We invite you to attend one of our monthly meetings. You will arrive at our first meeting as a guest and leave as a new friend!
